If you prefer one on one training, need to train outside the normal class hours or want to
supplement your existing training then personal training at CrossFit Narellan is ideal for you.
Personal training is a great way to get results and our coaches will create specialised workouts
based on your individual fitness goals.
Regardless of whether or not you are new to CrossFit our PT sessions always focus on the core
CrossFit movements. This enables you to continually improve your technique or as someone new
to CrossFit, allows you to join in the group classes later without the need to do the Intro to CrossFit
All of our personal trainers are CrossFit qualified and have their cert 3 & 4 in fitness.
The PT sessions are available outside the normal class timetable.
